I want to work with a group of people in developing a profitable robot.

The picture shows a robot that I have in the demo. Just an example of what a robot can do. The result is from tuesday morning till now = 2,5 days. It just lost a lot because of trading during news. And yes - tomorrow every penny might be gone if I just let it run. And that is how it is with robots. Put it on the chart only if you have expectations for a trend to occur, then you can make money. But I want to make a robot, that is as intelligent as possible and can be left alone as much as possible.

The starting point is taken from Big candle EA request | Forex Factory by Saintsurfer. I have made the robot and it is profittable - if managed the right way. Leave it on all pairs 24/7 and all your money will be lost instantly. So we will improve the concept together. You don't need to know anything about coding.

The rules
1) Buy at candle open after a candle thats body is bigger with 20 persent(variable) than the atr30 value.
2) Sell, opposite than the long.
3) SL the low of that bigger candle + few pips.
4) TP a persentage of the SL (100 persent for example) variable.
5) Time when to trade, from xx:xx to xx:xx
6) Money management, fast lots size + posible that the ea calculates the risk as persentage of the balance as the stop loss will be different from trade to trade.

It is very very simple. Nothing fancy. The numbers game principle. But it works.

I request from group members that

1. They will be working by commenting on possible improvements.
2. We keep focus on the actual strategy.
3. Keep a nice atmosphere in the group. We might become trading friends.
4. You have trading experience.
5. Not commercial.

I am working full time on trading myself. Most people have a day job and that is OK. But you must deliver some work. Most days read and comment in the group. Trade the system. If a day job, then use the Daily og 4 hour timeframes.

The group will work in two tracks.
1 will be developing and testing the robot.
2 will be trading the system real time and share trading informations on the run.

So how can we improve the strategy? Well we can make filters. We can try to find circumstances when to use which kind of filter. Timing, pairs, indicators etc. Or when not to trade. That's easy you say - no it is not. You recocnize the ranging conditions too late and in the moment you react and turn off the robot, that is the exact moment when the price explode and you lost the moment.

Coders are wellcome. I am a MT4 coder. Especially MT5 coder would be nice to have. The more coders the better.

I have made loads of stuff here in FF. It allways goes like people download the stuff, but does not give anything back. Therefore - in this thread I will tell about the improvements and provide the indicators we use. But the robot will be developed elsewhere together with the group.

I will start up the work, when at least 5 people have PM'ed me to get onboard. I believe that there must be a limit of about 20 people.
