this strategy is the london open variation of http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=103682
start of period: 04:00 gmt
end of period: 07:00 gmt
TP1: 30
TP2: 60
SLs are on otherside of the bands
after 30pip hit move SL to b/e
**During the summer London is on BST (GMT+1)
04:00 gmt = 05:00 london summer = 04:00 london winter = 00:00 ny summer =23:00 ny winter
07:00 gmt = 08:00 london summer = 07:00 london winter = 03:00 ny summer =02:00 ny winter
