It's a long term trend following system. Here are the rules -

Go long when the price closes higher than it has closed at in 120 trading days and stay long until the price fails to close at a new high for 12 consecutive days. Or, go short when the price closes lower than it has closed at in 120 trading days and stay short until the price fails to close at a new low for 12 consecutive days.

The system's author claims that using a lack of continued movement as an exit strategy makes this trend following system typically right more than 50% of the time with winning amounts bigger than the losses as the system doesn't wait for the trend to properly turn in the other direction before exiting a trade. On the site there are fully back tested results for the last decade or so for 5 major currency pairs.
