祖普_v64 (Zup_v64)

I am trying out Zup but im not sure if I am using it correctly, grateful if someone could answer a couple of question:
What is the best time frame to have the chart on?
If the right hand triangle is pointing up do I wait for the currency to finish falling then buy when it starts going up, and vise versa if the triangle is facing down?
