This is how with a modified fibo tool I project measured moves in a downtrend, when I notice a cluster of projections that's the spot to look for price action to develop a reversal. Entry is a classical Joe Ross 1-2-3 high or low, pending stop order at point2 with stop loss under/over point1, Risk Reward starts from 1:1, then you modify it accordingly to your win-loss ratio.
