I want to show how I trade and attach a trade explorer to it so you can follow if its profitable. I will try and answer your questions and be as off much help as I can.

All you need is the super trend indicator plotted on a15mins chart .The way I trade will need a lot of discretion trying to identify the trend .With enough experience trying it you should be ok,just don't risk more than 1% of your account balance at anytime (very critical rule)
