S+R 的分形方法 (The Fractal Approach to S+R)

I've been an avid reader of FF for quite a while and have got a lot of benefit from the many good traders that find the time to post here. Thanks especially to Bemac and NowandLater for the Peter Crowns threads.
So I thought I'd try to post a trading method I've been using successfully for about 18 months.
I'll start off by explaining my filter for direction that I use when setting up for the next days session (I trade the UK/EURO session mostly).
The first thing I do is check market flow using the 4h chart. I'll use charts from a EUR/USD trade I took yesterday first.
Take a look at the chart and you'll see the last high fractal (marked with an A) was broken higher on Mondays session.
