Welcome to EU M30 system. This is a pure mechanical system based on price movment. This is not 90% or 70% winning system. If you have come here in search for such systems, please dont read it
System Background
This is a 60% winning system. With this system, you will often see losses about 40% of time. However the wins will over losses even series of trades are followed. IMO, this is a realistic system and makes the mind of the trader using it practical in the sense that he is ready to accept those 40% losses and hence does the required money management and prepare for the losses already.
This system does not try to predict market, it just tries to adjust itself with market moves. Times will be when we will not be with market and hence we will get direct losses of about 40% of the time. Times will be when we will be tuned with the market 60% of the time and enjoy the move.
Rules:
For Long setups
1)Let there be two consecutive candle closes above 5ema High
2)Then we wait for the price to touch 5ema low for long entry
3)Stops : ATR 14 value of the closing bar before the bar touching 5ema Low
4)Initial Trail : After 1R, we trail the position to BE
5)Take Profit : Fix TP of 5R
reverse for short setups.
Trade during liquid times and stay away only from very important news events.
