My own personal rating of this site is (excellent). Thanks to the administrators.
For some time now I’ve been using this site as an indicator itself, talking about the FOREX calendar.
Also trying to get as much I think I can. And really I feel its not just being like the DEAD SEA, but letting it flow out as well, so I decided to post some of the good proven methods that worked for me, but I’m still exploring it.
Basically I trade these few currency pairs => EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD and USD/CAD.
INDICATORS:
ADX
STO (STOCHASTICS)
EMA 21 (for all trading pairs)
EMA 51 (for all trading pairs)
PARABOLIC SAR (PSR)
ZIG ZAG
TIME FRAMES (TF):
1 DAY
1 HR
15 MIN TF.
BUY SIGNALS
1 When ADX is >25, and +DI crosses –DI , this tells me a buy signal.
2 In your 15 min chart, when the candle opens consistently above both EMA also confirmed by the 1 hr chart.( buy confirmed)
3 When the fast STO crosses the slow STO upwards below 20.( buy further confirmed)
SELL SIGNALS
1 When ADX is > 25, and –DI crosses +DI above, this is a sell signal.
2 When a candle opens consistently below EMA 21 and a strong sell below both EMA, same with the 1 hr chart.
3 When the fast STO crosses the slow STO downward above 80. (Sell confirmed).
ENTRY AND EXITS:
I enter a trade when the candle is within 20 point above or below the moving averages, when my ADX is high (> 29). And I exit a trade when my ADX reduces adversely and my STO crosses and moves consistently.
My ZIG ZAG indicator is what I use for FOREX 1-2-3 trade method. It works absolutely well too, compared to other technical analytic method.
NOTE: Don’t act on the first signal you see, learn to be patient, accept failures and be content, cuz contentment is great gain. Don’t dwell on your achievements, and failures. Trading FOREX is 50:50, you loose and you gain, It all depends on you and your ability to minimize losses, this I will reveal on my next post.
