需要编写自定义指标 (Need Custom Indicator Written)

Hello, I am in desperate need of a program coder. The indicator that I want to use is on my trading platform (VT Trader) but not in my backtesting software. I believe it is a very simple indicator to code but I have no idea how to write code. I need this indicator to test a new system I am working on.
