莫特基教程 (Mouteki tutorial)

Hi , can somebody post please a good tutorial for begginers well explained about mouteki ?
It's hard to understand all the terms and shortcut words explained in all the threads i read here . Please i have looked all over mouteki thread about a tutorial and all that i found is the "pps slide" and a word doc .
I am really interested about this method but i can't understand it .
